There are some interesting facts about our school:

Our school is specialized in English. The special way of studying allows pupils to express their selves. At the lessons we speak a lot, play different games, act plays and dialogs, sing songs in English, draw posters and pictures, etc…

  1. Our school was founded in 1967. This school year it will be 40 years old.

  2. The 17th school is one of the best schools in the town.
  3. Our Headmaster is Komkova Nadezhda Vasulyevna
  4. Our school has modern equipment: two computer classes, English laboratory, Chemistry and Physics laboratories, modern Gym, modern sport ground, rich library, workshop, school museum, good classrooms, modern study materials, etc…
  5. There is the Science Society in our school, which includes the best students.
  6. There are our own Parliament, called “RMID”, our own President, and self – government.
  7. Every year some graduates leave our school with gold and silver medals, because the quality of education, our school gives is really high.
